Be on the lookout for any pollution entering our waterways.
We can’t be everywhere, all the time and need your help to spot pollution when and where it happens. We rely on the public to keep their eyes, ears, and noses alert to potential water pollution. Reports from the public provide important leads that our staff investigators follow up on—confirming the report, alerting the appropriate authorities, tracking down the source of pollution, and when needed, taking legal action to remedy it.
If you see a suspected incident of water pollution, thoroughly document it and send a report to info@savethesound.org.
If you see someone engaged in illegal dumping, call local law enforcement and report the activity to the police.
